By accessing the AsOne Studio website, communicating with us, or commissioning any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all clients and users worldwide. AsOne Studio provides creative, technical, and consulting services in the fields of audio production, mixing, mastering, sound design, music services, visual editing, and related digital and artistic work. All services are subject to availability, and AsOne Studio reserves the right to accept or decline projects at its discretion. When a client engages our studio, a formal agreement—written or digital—becomes binding from the moment the project is accepted, a deposit is paid, or any portion of communication indicating approval is exchanged.
All pricing, timelines, deliverables, and specific project terms are defined in the proposal or agreement sent to the client prior to the start of the project. These terms may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Clients are responsible for reviewing proposals carefully before confirming a project. Once a project has been approved and payment has been made, the client enters a binding agreement with AsOne Studio. Payments must be made on time in accordance with the agreed schedule, and failure to do so may delay or pause the project. Work will not be delivered until all outstanding balances are fully paid.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, and instructions necessary for the completion of the project. Any delays caused by missing assets, unclear direction, or late feedback may extend the timeline and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. AsOne Studio is not liable for project delays caused by external factors, technical issues outside our control, force majeure events, or client unresponsiveness. If a project requires additional work beyond the originally defined scope, revised pricing will be quoted and must be approved before the additional work begins.
All creative work produced by AsOne Studio remains the property of the studio until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client receives the rights to use the delivered files as specified in the agreement or license. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AsOne Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, promotional materials, website, and social channels. If a client requires confidentiality or prefers that the work remain private, this must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of AsOne Studio’s intellectual property, including drafts, concepts, audio, visuals, or any proprietary techniques, is strictly prohibited. Clients may not share, resell, or repurpose our work in ways not outlined in the agreement. AsOne Studio is not responsible for the misuse of final deliverables once they have left our control.
All services are delivered digitally unless agreed otherwise. Timelines provided by AsOne are estimates and may be adjusted depending on revisions, workload, and client communication. AsOne Studio strives to maintain the highest quality standards, but creative work by nature may involve subjective interpretation. Dissatisfaction with artistic style or direction does not entitle the client to cancellation or refund, especially once work has begun or deliverables have been shared.
The client agrees to use the services of AsOne Studio in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The studio reserves the right to refuse work that involves illegal activities, hate content, harmful messaging, or anything that conflicts with our ethical guidelines. Communication between the client and AsOne Studio must remain respectful and professional. Abusive behavior, harassment, or unreasonable demands may result in the termination of the project, with no refunds provided.
By using our services, you agree that AsOne Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, reputation, data, or opportunities. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service in question. While we take every measure to ensure safe, secure, and consistent operations, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results due to the nature of digital production.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of our services.
