Refund Policy
AsOne Studio provides creative and technical services that require dedicated time, expertise, and resource allocation, and for that reason, all payments made for our services are considered final. By engaging our studio or commissioning any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, which applies to clients worldwide. Because our work begins long before a final deliverable is received, through research, planning, scheduling, creative direction, and the allocation of production time, refunds cannot be granted once a project has begun in any capacity. A project is considered to have begun the moment preparation, communication, pre-production, or any form of conceptual or technical work has started, including internal planning or review of the client’s materials. Deposits made to secure a booking or reserve project time are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the client chooses to cancel before the project begins, as deposits represent the blocking of our schedule and the inability to take on other work.
Once any work has been initiated or any draft, file, preview, or portion of the service has been shared, the payment becomes fully non-refundable regardless of the client’s satisfaction or project status. Our commitment to quality includes offering revisions where applicable, but revisions may not be used as grounds for a refund, and additional revisions beyond what is included in the agreed scope may incur extra fees. If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, information, approvals, or feedback, the project timeline may be extended or paused, but payments remain non-refundable, and reactivation or rescheduling may depend on availability and may require additional payment. If a client becomes unresponsive for thirty consecutive days, the project is considered abandoned, and abandoned projects are not eligible for refunds; restarting such a project may require a new payment at the current rate.
Digital deliverables, including audio files, visual content, edits, and all forms of creative output, cannot be returned and are therefore not eligible for refunds under any conditions, regardless of whether the client ultimately uses the delivered work. If AsOne Studio, in rare circumstances, becomes unable to complete the project due to internal reasons, we will offer either a rescheduled timeline or, at our discretion, a partial refund based solely on the portion of work not yet completed. This does not apply to delays or interruptions caused by the client.
If a client initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue directly with us first, all rights to the delivered work are revoked, and we reserve the right to pursue legal and administrative remedies, including fees associated with the dispute. We always encourage open communication so that any concerns can be addressed responsibly and professionally.
AsOne Studio may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements.
